Onsong Swing® Golf Training Aid | WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
Onsong Innovation Pty Ltd warrants each OnsongSwing® product to be, with normal use and service, free from defects in material and workmanship.
1. What is covered?
The OnsongSwing® Golf Training Aid Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the
exceptions stated in Clause 5. The benefits under this Manufacture’s Warranty are in addition to other rights, benefits and remedies under
Consumer Law in your jurisdiction. Without detracting from these rights or benefits, Onsong Innovation Pty Ltd excludes all liability in respect of
this product for any other loss which is not reasonably foreseeable from a failure of this product.
This clause relates to product sold in Australia only: “Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
2. How do I register my details?

You can request a warranty form by writing to us at: Onsong Innovation Pty Ltd, PO Box 951, Springwood Qld 4127 Australia. You can then complete and post your warranty card back to us at the above address.
3. What is the duration of the warranty?
This warranty runs for three years from the date of delivery of your OnsongSwing® and is not contingent on registration of your OnsongSwing® product with us. However, proof of purchase may be required in the event of a claim on this warranty or for a claim under Australian Consumer Law or Consumer Law in your jurisdiction. The OnsongSwing® warranty is only in force while you own your OnsongSwing® Golf Training Aid. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of the device.
4. What if my device fails?
Onsong Innovation Pty Ltd will repair or replace any OnsongSwing® golf training aid that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, at no cost to you.
5. What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover accessories supplied with the OnsongSwing® golf training aid.
This warranty does not cover claims for injury or damages of any kind or nature to persons or property unless specifically related to the direct failure of the product to perform as designed, while being used in the intended manner as a golf training aid being attached only to golfing implements with shaft dimensions within the range specified in this user manual and detailed on the OnsongSwing® website.
The warranty does not apply where damage or failure is caused by other factors, including without limitation:
(i) normal wear and tear;
(ii) emersion in water or other liquids
(v) accidental damage or
(vi) failure to follow operating instructions and safety precautions.
6. How do I get service?
Do not return the device without contacting us first. Because the device is powered by a lithium ion battery we need to send you suitable packaging and our courier’s pre-addressed satchel.
We will need the following information from you:
- a contact phone number,
- the serial number on the device,
- a brief description of the problem you are experiencing, and
- a delivery address for our prepaid courier satchel.
